The old house on the hillside of Cologny has been demolished. Only the basement, arranged on two levels, is preserved. The lower level contains a garage opening onto the road below and connected to the stairwell by an underground corridor. The upper level of the basement is the base of the house which houses the recreational spaces (fitness, cinema room, playroom) and technical space, as well as the volume of the swimming pool.
From the entrance steps and through the double-height atrium in which a metal staircase unfolds, the lake is visible through the free ground floor of 100 square meters, entirely open to the terrace and the infinity pool of 20 meters long overlooking the panorama.
The ground floor and the first floor are built in a wooden frame and in a contemporary architecture dressed in an exterior aluminium cladding.
