The project involves the construction of four town houses on a plot occupied by an old house. The existing building has been transformed and renovated to bring it up to current standards. This house also screens off the street, protecting the backyards.

The four new houses take place on the slope of the land, slightly offset from each other.
The new houses consist of a living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms. In the basement, the houses have a game room with bathroom, in addition to technical and storage rooms.

A wooden awning shelters the entrances.
