On a gently sloping plot, three terraced houses are added to the existing one. The houses are articulated in the slope by a half-level system, offering a greater height in the living room.

The existing house, which has been renovated and raised, now blends into the architecture of the whole.
The entrance halls are arranged a few steps below, preserving the privacy of the living rooms from the entrance.

The first floor containing three bedrooms is cantilevered, housing the parking and the entrance.
The four dwellings are of three different sizes, depending on the possibilities offered by their location and orientation.
