On two square plots of the Cologny plateau, the project aims to develop two pairs of high standing twin houses.
The houses are located in the immediate vicinity of the private road, with an American style front door American, surrounded by greenery.

The ground floors are loft-style, offering a large living space including an open kitchen. For one of the pairs, a patio is nestled in the centre of the living space.
The typologies present two layout variants, with three or four bedrooms.

The facade moulding is distinguished by a band of concrete tinted in the mass, the ground floor in plaster and crès céram tails for the entrance, the floor in cladding combining metal part and profiles of grapes of wood.
