This small house on two levels without a basement was becoming too cramped for a family of five. In order to enlarge the house, a strip of land of four meters located laterally in the gable was used.

To add a module which takes up the principle of implantation of the neighbourhood.

The extension contains three bedrooms and a technical room, necessitated by the replacement of the electric heating by a heat pump.

The existing house has been renovated and a connection space with the extension has been created. This connection includes a large closet serving as an integrated laundry room.

The attic of the extension can also be converted to install an office or an extra bedroom.
