Development of a strip of three houses on a suburban plot. The houses are grouped together in order to keep a large cedar who gives its character to the place.

 

Each house has a double-height living room facing south-west, flooding the living and circulation spaces with light. The interior gallery (see cross-section) distributes the three bedrooms and overlooking the living room, like an interior balcony.

 

The garages are integrated into the houses. Below, the basement is shared between a heated, convertible part and a cold cellar part located under the garage. 

 

The gardens lie on the south-west, offering the possibility of installing a swimming pool. 

 

The entrances run along an alley where flowerbeds and groves hide the individual garages for bicycles and motorcycles.
